We have all heard the cases of human resources departments googling applicants and finding drunken photos on Facebook and MySpace.
Now TechCrunch reports that Facebook is creating a friend grouping where you can specify certain friends as professional contacts and a whole set of different (more sanitised) content can be shown.
This new initiative is being driven by the fact that LinkedIn and Facebook are both competing for similar audiences and word from the net is that its getting increasingly time-consuming and tiring to maintain your pages in multiple sites.
Let’s face it the site that can give us all the relevant apps in one spot is going to be a sure fire winner.
