London based E-Consultancy has just released their October Social Media Roundtable. Briefing It is full of gems
such as:
- HSBC has responded to a Facebook-based campaign against its charges for graduates – another sign that social networking sites have become a hotbed of consumer activity and that big brands are listening.
- Building relationships with influencers can be very time-consuming and resource-intensive. It is important to have a skilled PR person doing this work.
- Online retailers are increasingly tapping into user-generated content (UGC) as a way of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction with more than half of all online sellers (51%) consider UGC as either extremely important or very important to company strategy over the next year.
